SPONSOR A CHILD

Child Sponsorship helps children, families and communities in poverty unlock a brighter future.

SPONSOR A CHILD

You can make a difference in the life of a child.

Orphanage Aid Project Uganda supports each child with education, medical care, trauma & pastoral counseling and all the love they could want.  Your partnership with us helps create successful futures for our children.

Your monthly sponsorship of $30 for a pre-primary, $50 for primary and $100 for secondary student will not only help provide financially for your child, but will also give you an opportunity to build a relationship through shared letters and photos – encouraging your child in their faith and education.

Our Sponsorship FAQS

The OAP Sponsorship Programme offers an opportunity to provide discipleship, health, and a quality education to a village child. It’s an easy way to give back while making a lasting impact on a child and an eternal impact in the Kingdom. Partnering with us for $30 a month will give each child the gift of an education in an environment where they are valued, celebrated and encouraged to achieve their God-given potential.

Please write us a message at info@shareloveafrica.com

We would be happy to clarify any remaining questions.
After the initial contact, you will get personal information from your sponsored child, that we have chosen for you. The school starts always the beginning of February. You have until the end of each year to transfer the school fees to our account, so we are able to forward them directly to your child’s school.

The schools are chosen by our team members at the organization premises. Most schools are located not far away from our Children’s Village. That also ensures that our staff can see the children from time to time. Children who still have relatives where they can live will go to a school nearby and will be given food and accommodation by their family. Unfortunately, there are also many children who have no relatives at all. In that case it is necessary for them to attend a boarding school where they will obtain room and board.

Sponsorship lasts at anytime as long as your friend remains eligible for the program and you choose to continue your support. For children and youth, benefits typically continue as long as your friend is attending school, and may extend through trade school or university.

OAP Uganda will notify you if your friend graduates or leaves the program for other reasons.

You can sponsor as many children or aging friends as you wish. The sponsorship commitment is $30, $50 and $100per month for each person you want to sponsor. Your sponsorship provides real hope to children in families living in poverty and gives them the tools they need on their path to self-sufficiency.

We have many donation opportunities that do not require a monthly commitment. You can make a donation to OAP Uganda at any time and for any amount. Some of the options include the legacy donations, birthday and Christmas funds, and general donations to support our work with families living in poverty.
